About Us

Non-profit providing services to the business community of Hudson, Bergen, Union, and Middlesex counties to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility for employees with disabilities. Under our Innovation and Expansion grant, we were able to launch our #PledgeAllAbilities campaign to provide trainings and consultations conducted by our expert staff for free. These trainings increase awareness and enhance best practices for recruiting, hiring, and accommodating. Being an inclusive employer leads to increased employee morale, increased employee retention, and enhances your business's reputation.

By partnering with us and joining the #Pledge, you will also gain access to our pool of talented and qualified candidates whose talents include: Accounting, Administrative and Clerical services, HVAC maintenance, Graphic Design, Customer Service, IT, Data Management, Phlebotomy, Sales, and Project Management. Additionally, we are also providing paid internships for high school or college students under the age of 21 looking to gain professional skills. You provide the work- we provide the pay!
