The story of our Arts District is infused into the design of the hotel. You will find Canopy Central spaces that are designed to reflect art studios for painting, drawing and sculpting work. Our guest rooms have butcher block powerhouse flooring incorporated into it’s Canopy and the artwork in guest rooms and other public spaces is locally curated.

The Canopy Central Café and Canopy Bar & Bistro are the heart of the hotel where at any part of the day our guests and locals alike are engaging in the various social zones.  Our healthful local ingredients and craft cocktails offer guests a taste of the neighborhood.
Canopy Central consists of three Artist Studios, the painting studio at the social seating area, the drafting studio at the retreat, and the sculpture studio at the cafe. Each studio will display art all of which is meant to be “in progress” or unfinished.
